Leslie Gonzalez is a writer and certified copy editor from Indio, California.

Her work has been published by KPBS, LOCALE, and OK Whatever magazine. Her literary and fantasy fiction pieces, “Shadow of Truth” and “False Moon Rising,” appear in Mythos and Indie IT Press. Leslie earned a B.A. in creative writing from California State University, Northridge, and an M.F.A. in fiction from UC Riverside’s Palm Desert low-residency program.

She has been telling stories since childhood and hasn’t stopped since. Leslie currently works full-time as a web producer and social media content creator with KPBS. She is also writing a novel and freelancing as an illustrator.
